The sound of a Littlest Star
Just over three months ago, I took the Littlest Star ‘out of its box’, to see what could be done with it this year. In the whirlwind weeks since there have been newspaper articles, a radio interview, a special birthday celebration, new versions in German and Slovak and a book signing in Waterstones. Most importantly there has been lots of money raised for Shooting Star Chase and their wonderful work. My thanks go to everyone who has contributed their time, energy, skills and ingenuity in whatever way.
Tomorrow, Sunday December 23rd, on the BBC Surrey and BBC Sussex breakfast show, there will be a broadcast of me reading the story. Immediately after the programme is over, a donate-and-download audio version of the book will be available on my blog. This broadcast quality recording, made by the BBC, can be bought via paypal, and the price of the download will go directly to Shooting Star Chase. At 9am on Sunday there will be an explanatory post on the blog, and a button on the sidebar where you can donate and download your copy.
Check back here tomorrow to buy your copy just in time for Christmas.
