I have a penchant, despite being an evangelical charismatic, of listening intently to Roman Catholic teaching, particularly by the two recent Popes. My favourite Bible is a Catholic one. I also love listening in to Hebrew teachings and often use my Jewish Bible.

Its OK, my pastor knows this. And I am under instruction only to use the NIV when in his pulpit! Thought I once sneaked in a Hebrew New Testament as I like the title: B’rit HaDasha: The New Covenant.
