There&#8217;s jokes about drilling for oil (if you don&#8217;t strike any, stop boring) jokes about speaking long after you have stopped preaching and jokes about being 6 feet above contradiction (pulpit-less churches need not apply).<\/p>\n<p>One of the reasons I write books and\u00a0conduct\u00a0training sessions on preaching is that I really\u00a0believe\u00a0it should be better.
